Go view physically or virtually.

Once you decide on a unit, we can go ahead and apply.

Sign lease and collect deposit upon approval, which is usually half first-month rent or full month rent. This is a case-by-case scenario.

Schedule a time for the day of move in to do the walk through and exchange the remaining money for keys.
*Move in funds will be cashier’s check, money order or wire if rental is at a higher price point.
